Block XP sp3

1. Open the Registry edit and navigate in the left pane to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Windows Update
2. Right click in the right details pane and select New | DWORD Value
3. Name the new value DoNotAllowSP
4. Double click it and assign it a value of 1
